All returns require prior permission. Customers may return most new and unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of invoice for full refund. Customer pays return shipping fees.
The Monks of Mt. Tabor will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse return postage for defective, incorrect, or short shipped items. Return postage is reimbursed at USPS Priority Rate.
If a package arrives damaged, the customer should refuse shipment. If an item is received damaged, the customer must report it immediately to the shipper. Packaging material must be retained for inspection to receive credit or replacement.
